What is Kids for Yoga?
We design yoga classes for toddlers and children of different age groups. Our focus is on having fun with poses not only on achieving the perfect pose. Our aim is to create authentic and meaningful experiences for the child to inspire their thoughts and ideas, express and connect to emotions, and giving them a tools they can use every day to improve the way how they dealing with their daily challenges
