I attended a family kids yoga workshop with Marketa of Yoga for Kids & was blown away by the positive experience. I took part with my (usually resistant) 10 year old son & 7 year old daughter & the activities she chose engaged us all. Her ability to make a game out of the yoga activities was innovative & fun while also brought in the power of family teamwork & the importance of working together. In a society where families are losing connectedness I found this particularly beneficial for a positive family dynamic. Marketa seemed to be able to tailor the program to the needs & ages of all of the participants in a very inclusive way. I look forward to taking part in more Yoga for Kids activities with Marketa & her team. Overall a great bonding experience for our family.
