M - Movement & Mindfulness: Dynamic yoga sequences, warrior shapes, and balance challenges teach focus, strength, and body awareness. Movement becomes a doorway into stillness.
P - Purpose & Positivity: Exploring their “Northern Star”—what makes them unique, strong, and proud. Claiming their power through guided reflection.
A - Awareness & Acceptance: Slowing down and noticing feelings with compassion. Learning to approach challenges without fear or self-judgement.
