Workshop Overview
Every child carries a spark. A quiet, steady power waiting to be discovered. The power to feel confident, calm, courageous, and deeply connected to who they truly are.
Through storytelling, movement, breath games, and imagination journeys, we activate their nervous system in healthy ways. This heart-centred workshop shows children how to navigate big feelings, build confidence, and reconnect with their inner compass that, no matter what, always guides them home to their Northern Star, the one constant that never changes and is always there inside them.
It’s not just a workshop. It’s a life tool they’ll carry forever.
What Your Child Will Gain
In a world that moves fast, children need more than just “calm.” They need **skills,** emotional tools, body awareness, and resilience they can access anytime life gets noisy.
What We’ll Explore:
- - Lion-hearted courage yoga flow
- - Breath tools to calm the tummy butterflies
- - “Brave Voice” confidence games
- - Emotion awareness through movement
- - Creative art activity to anchor identity
- - Group connection circlet
-
Neuroscience shows that movement + breath regulation increases emotional control and confidence in young children. We teach this in a way that feels magical, safe, and fun.
Your child leaves feeling:
Calmer
More confident
More connected

The COMPAS Six-Pillar Experience
The **COMPAS** is the heart of our programs: Six pillars that build emotional resilience, confidence, and a strong inner compass for life.
-
C - Calm & Connection: Grounding, breathing, settling, and tuning in. Learning to recognise how the body feels and how to calm the inner world.
-
O - Optimism & Openness: Playful storytelling and sensory exercises to release tension and explore imagination, opening the door to curiosity and joy.
-
M - Movement & Mindfulness: Dynamic yoga sequences, warrior shapes, and balance challenges teach focus, strength, and body awareness. Movement becomes a doorway into stillness.
-
P - Purpose & Positivity: Exploring their “Northern Star”—what makes them unique, strong, and proud. Claiming their power through guided reflection.
-
A - Awareness & Acceptance: Slowing down and noticing feelings with compassion. Learning to approach challenges without fear or self-judgement.
-
S - Strength & Self-Belief: A confidence-anchoring practice that creates an **Amulet**—a symbol of courage they can return to anytime they need strength.

A Heartfelt Messages from a Mums of a Past Participant:
“Marketa I can't thank you enough for what Anna learned in your workshop. It's been seven months, and we’re still using the tools regularly. They’ve truly been life-saving, for my sanity, and more importantly, for Anna’s well-being. It’s incredible to see how empowering these skills are for her. Watching her use them with such inner strength fills me with so much pride.”

"Rafi thoroughly enjoyed the workshop and came out very happy. She loved the games, yoga poses, and rock painting, and was so proud showing us the photos afterwards.
What made it especially meaningful was seeing her attend independently for the first time. It felt like such a beautiful resilience-building experience for her, especially right before starting school.
When I asked if she’d like to go again next holidays, the answer was an immediate yes and would like to take her friend with her." 😊
